This is your invitation to rise above the possible. We are seeking an AM - HR to join our HR Team located in Metso Ahmedabad Foundry (Odhav GIDC). You will be responsible for end-to-end HR Operations, playing a crucial role in people processes that positively impact the organization. You will join a passionate MEI HR Team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Operation Head, Functional Heads of various processes. Our team culture is rooted in Metso Values, with team members located in Gurugram, Alwar, Vadodara, Kolkata, Dubai, and Riyadh. **Responsibilities:** - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. - Establish and maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders. - Stay well-versed in industrial/employment law and ensure compliance with relevant provisions. - Monitor labor relations trends and suggest best employee engagement practices. - Address employees" grievances to ensure a smooth work culture and discipline. - Oversee staffing, retention, engagement, wellbeing, etc., working closely with business leaders. - Support a performance-driven culture by implementing various programs. - Build connections with colleagues across multiple locations to meet objectives. - Analyze statistical and management reports and take measures for improvement. - Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks and performing other HR duties as assigned. **Requirements:** - Degree in HR/IR from a reputable institute, law degree preferred. - 8-10 years of experience in an independent HR role such as HRBP, HR Manager, HR Specialist, etc. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Digital literacy including HR tools and people analytics. - Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple locations. - Ability to lead, influence, and drive priorities with senior management. **Benefits:** - Wellbeing and safety benefits. - Annual bonus programs tied to business and performance targets. - Extensive learning opportunities with growth dialogues, mentoring programs, and global opportunities. - Worldwide support through a network of peers across the world. - A thriving culture committed to inclusivity and sustainability.
