Key Responsibilities: 1. Regional People Partnering: - Serve as the primary HR partner for regional teams, understanding their challenges and providing actionable support. - Influence Zonal Heads and RCMs while balancing employee and business priorities. - Travel to key cities/zones to establish connections and gather valuable on-ground feedback. 2. Grievance Handling & Culture Building: - Address employee concerns with empathy and urgency. - Uphold Porter's values and culture as a custodian. - Facilitate whistleblower conversations and handle disciplinary matters with discretion. 3. Performance & Development: - Facilitate performance management discussions with managers. - Collaborate with central HR teams to identify upskilling needs and implement training programs. - Ensure smooth feedback loops, confirmations, and handling of performance cases. 4. Engagement & Communication: - Collaborate with city managers to enhance engagement, recognition, and connectivity among employees. - Proactively conduct 1:1 meetings with employees and pulse check-ins to maintain a positive work environment. Skills: - Experience in managing regional or distributed teams is advantageous. - Strong influencing and communication skills are essential. - Ability to work independently, establish trust with business stakeholders, and deliver on outcomes. - Proficiency in HR data tracking and maintaining detailed records is preferred.
