Role & responsibilities To prepare and manage the quarterly training calendar in alignment with business priorities To develop training contents as per organizational requirements To organize and coordinate internal/external training programs, workshops and onboarding sessions To liaise with external trainers and vendors to deliver relevant interventions To support rollout of leadership development programs, training needs identified as part of succession planning, etc Drive use of e-learning platforms, ascertain online certification programs/systems To support in employee engagement initiatives, employee R&R programs, mentor-mentee feedback and other surveys To maintain training records, dashboard and timely update of reports To act as a point of contact for other departmental/functional requirements Preferred candidate profile Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. Certification in T&D shall be an added advantage. Min 6 years of experience in HR and Training & Development or L&D focused HRBP roles Strong communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills Proficiency in Excel & Power Point Exposure to blue collared trainings in manufacturing or logistics industry shall be preferred
