Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Professional to join our Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST). The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of HR operations in an educational or manufacturing set-up

Role & responsibilities:

1. Overall understanding of the Employee life cycle from Recruitment to Exit

2. Responsible for end to end recruitment process

3. Execution of HR processes as per Institution norms and policies

4. Performance management of employees from Goal setting to final rating

5. HR Policy formulation and execution.

6. Familiarity with ERP HR module.

7. Good understanding of Statutory compliances

8. Initiatives for productivity enhancement including Induction, Training & development

Preferred candidate profile:

MBA with HR specialisation from a reputed institution.

Minimum experience of 5 years spanning entire gamut of HR operations
