Position : Assistant Manager - Hospital Operations

Qualification : MHA/MBA in Operations

Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of experience from an accredited hospital

Job Role :-

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily hospital operations.
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, etc.).
• Manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and attendance.
• Ensure smooth patient flow across OPD, IPD, emergency, and diagnostic services.
• Monitor admission, discharge, and billing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle patient complaints or feedback and escalate as needed.
• Support implementation of NABH/JCI standards or other quality accreditation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and standards.
