Role & responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment process for multiple NFCI campuses.

• Sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates through various channels.

• Coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding.

• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment MIS.

• Partnering with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

• Experience in the relevant industry will be an added advantage.

CTC can go upto 5.0 Lacs PA + Variables/ Incentives for suitable candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jalandhar - 144003, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• HR: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

• English (Preferred)
