Responsibilities- - Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies. - The Territory Manager's main aim is to achieve the desired revenue (billing & collection) and conversion targets of the given Centers. - Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods. - The Territory Manager will ensure that all SOPs of related departments are maintained in every Centre. - The Territory Manager will provide the right solutions for better counselling methodologies to Centre Managers, Counsellors and ensure that the implementation is done correctly in every Centre. - Discover sales opportunities through consumer research. - The Territory Manager will be responsible for evaluating marketing campaigns and strategies in given territory. - Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships - Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes. - His responsibilities will also include creating Brand Awareness, working towards Lead Generation, and Generating Footfall in the respective location through various ATL & BTL Activities, such as Delivering Seminars in Schools & Villages, Organizing Multiple Events & Activities, Distributing Pamphlets, and Displaying Hoardings & Wall paintings, etc. - Assess sales performance according to KPIs. - Monitor competition within the assigned region. - Prepare and submit reports of every Centre visit to the Sales Director.
