Assistant Manager- Healthcare Incubation Programs

As an Assistant Program Manager for the Healthcare Incubation Program at NSRCEL, your role is crucial in supporting startup founders across the healthcare domain. Here's what you will be responsible for: - **Startup Portfolio Management:** - Nurture, build & serve a portfolio of startups. - Conduct need analysis with ventures to identify areas of support. - Help startups navigate challenges by providing suitable interventions. - **Program Design and Medium-Term Program Planning:** - Engage in planning and designing the program. - Monitor progress, resolve issues, and take appropriate action. - Design, manage, and optimize incubation SOPs based on data-driven decisions. - **Operations Management:** - Oversee online knowledge and mentoring sessions. - Maintain and update the LMS platform for startups. - Collect and share program data from relevant stakeholders. - Ensure program calendar integrity by scheduling sessions and overseeing timelines. - **Stakeholder Management:** - Manage various stakeholders from founders to partners. - Support communication with the funding partner. - Act as a liaison between NSRCEL team functions and founders. - **Partnerships and Networking:** - Network and establish partnerships in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. - Collaborate with co-incubators, experts, hospitals, and regulatory bodies. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess: - 3 to 4+ years of experience in incubation/consulting or education space. - High bias for action, ownership, and ability to work independently. - Comfort with ambiguity, tight timelines, and managing dependencies. - Effective communication skills with multiple stakeholders. - Comfort with technology and work management software. Additional Skills: - Prior experience working with healthcare startups or founders. - Ability to strategically use technology and AI for operational efficiency.
