You will be responsible for managing and growing the channel effectively. Your main duties will include recruiting Sales Officers and ensuring that they meet their individual targets. It will be your responsibility to drive agent activation and productivity within the team. As the owner of the P&L, you will need to maintain operations within the given cost parameters and ensure that critical metrics are in line. Your role will involve achieving top-line targets, SM target achievements, and agent activation and productivity goals. You will need to provide end-to-end solutions to agents to meet service level commitments and avoid service escalations. Coordination with various departments for approvals and smooth proposal issuance will also be part of your responsibilities. You should aim for zero discrepancies and conduct periodic training sessions for team members. Ensuring that renewal targets are achieved will be crucial.
