Job Description

As a Safety Culture Specialist, your role involves driving a Good Catch/Near Miss Program and publishing best practices through a Monthly Dashboard. You will be responsible for developing an HSE training plan and coaching the team on HSE topics. Additionally, you will conduct periodic inspections while contractors are performing activities on site. Your responsibilities will also include conducting site inspections at all Hyd sites and organizing Emergency Mock Drills based on building risk level. It is essential to establish an annual planner and conduct 2 scenarios per quarter. Furthermore, you will need to coordinate and interact with stakeholders, including mock drills and 3rd party assessments, to provide advice on the right solutions. Once agreed upon, you will develop and monitor the implementation program. You will be involved in creating SOPs, monitoring, and governing HSE practices followed by all relevant parties, including 3rd party contractors and suppliers. Providing assistance on regulatory norms such as NBC and other regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Reviewing Permit to Work (PTW) and Safe Work Method Statement, conducting HSE assessments for upcoming Capex Projects, coordinating 3rd Party Audits, and tracking closure of observations when required are crucial tasks within your role. You will also review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for all EHS incidents and identify mitigation plans for site-specific risk registers on a monthly basis. Your role will involve establishing an Annual HSE Plan and reporting performance metrics during Management and Quality Review Meetings (MMRs & QMRs).
