Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving a Good Catch/Near Miss Program and publishing best practices via a Monthly Dashboard. Additionally, you will develop an HSE training plan and coach the team on HSE topics. Your role will involve establishing an annual planner for Emergency Mock Drills based on building risk level and conducting 2 scenarios per quarter. You will coordinate and interact with stakeholders to provide advice on the right solutions, develop and monitor implementation programs, create SOPs, and monitor HSE practices followed by all relevant parties. Key Responsibilities: - Drive a Good Catch/Near Miss Program and publish best practices via a Monthly Dashboard - Develop an HSE training plan and coach the team on HSE topics - Conduct periodic inspections during contractors performing activities on-site and perform site inspections at all Hyd sites - Establish an annual planner for Emergency Mock Drills based on building risk level and conduct 2 scenarios per quarter - Coordinate and interact with stakeholders to provide advice on the right solutions - Develop and monitor implementation programs - Create SOPs and monitor HSE practices followed by all relevant parties, including 3rd party contractors and suppliers - Provide assistance on regulatory norms (NBC) and other regulations - Review Permit to Work (PTW) and Safe Work Method Statements - Conduct HSE assessments for upcoming Capex projects - Coordinate and track closure of observations from 3rd party audits as required - Review Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for all EHS incidents - Identify and review mitigation plans for site-specific risk registers on a monthly basis - Establish an Annual HSE Plan and report performance metrics during Management and Quality Review Meetings (MMRs & QMRs) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HSE, Environmental Management) - Certification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH) is preferred - Proficiency in conducting HSE assessments and developing emergency response plans - Strong understanding of regulatory norms and permit requirements - Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and conducting EHS audits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze data and report performance metrics effectively (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description.),
