Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities 2D and 3D Drawing preparation, modification and control for all key components, Review and validation of new tool design received from HQ, Ensure DFM for new tool development Injection moulding, Sheet Metal and EPS. Prototype preparation, testing, improvement and freezing final product specification based on lab test results, Purchase of Competition models, lab testing, analysis, benchmarking and proposal for value engineering / CI, First part approval follow up and line trail for new samples, Prepare and control of New product development documents including ECN, BCN, 4M etc, Vendor visit to resolve technical issues during new part development Injection, EPS, Sheet Metal tools etc. Preparation & Release of Drawings & Documentation for concerned department, Contribute towards CI projects to achieve targeted results. Preferred candidate profile Proactive in problem solving for design related issues, quality issues and enhancing process efficiency, Mitigate routine operational issues through CFT meeting, provide solutions / improvement using Kaizen techniques, Experience in Domestic Appliances Design / Development preferred
