Develop and implement fire safety, emergency response, and first aid protocols aligned with statutory regulations and company standards. Conduct fire risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement preventive measures. Oversee the maintenance and functionality of fire protection systems (alarm panels, hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers, smoke detectors). Plan, execute, and document regular fire drills and evacuation exercises in coordination with local fire authorities. Manage all records related to fire licenses, NOCs, AMC contracts, and compliance documents. Conduct regular first aid training sessions for staff and ensure that adequate first aid facilities and supplies are maintained across all areas. Appoint and train fire wardens and first aiders for each department or shift. Ensure availability and readiness of emergency medical kits, stretchers, and first aid boxes across the premises. Respond to fire, health, or safety incidents and coordinate with emergency services during actual emergencies. Liaise with external agencies including fire departments, hospitals, ambulance services, and statutory bodies. Investigate any fire or first aid-related incidents and provide reports with corrective actions and preventive measures. Supervise safety teams, technicians, and facility staff to uphold a proactive safety culture.
