Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee site execution , especially high-end finishes . Daily supervision and coordination with contractors and their teams. Ensure work progresses as per quality, safety, and timeline standards . Provide timely work fronts to contractors. Strong ability to read and interpret drawings ; attention to detail. Coordinate with the interior design team for detailed finish execution. Monitor and control material wastage . Maintain quality and safety checklists . Certify joint measurements and maintain proper records. Ensure housekeeping and site organization . Manage snagging and smooth project handover . Willing to work extended hours when required. Should be a self-starter with experience in time-bound projects . Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle (foundation to handover) involving high-end finishes.
