Job Brief: Assistant Manager - FP&A

Location: Noida, India

✅ Professional Experience:

Solid experience in business performance analysis and financial planning.
Hands-on in revenue trend analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for forecasting & scenario planning.
Expertise in month-end closing reports, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to reporting standards, as the reports are reviewed directly by the Chairman.
Business partnering with operational and strategic stakeholders.

✅ Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in tools such as Power BI (mandatory), Tableau, Hyperion .
Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus.

✅Requirements:

7 plus years of experience in FP&A role
CA Mandatory/ MBA (Finance - From Top tier colleges) Background
Preferred Industry- Manufacturing/ FMCG/ Retail/ Logistics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
