Job Description

You will be responsible for evaluating calls randomly to ensure quality assurance. Your main tasks will include performance assurance in JKQ, ensuring 100% SLA and CSAT score assurance, and making sure there are zero negative audit observations. It is mandatory to have experience in real estate for this role. Candidates with call center or BPO experience with real estate projects are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of up to INR 100k.,
