Assistant Manager Finance

You will be responsible for assisting in the management of financial operations and reporting within the finance department. Your role as an Assistant Finance Manager will involve supporting the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Additionally, you will play a key role in the budgeting process by monitoring and analyzing budget variances. Your qualifications should include being a Qualified CA with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience. You will report to the Senior Finance Manager and will be based in Perundurai. In this position, you will conduct financial analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making. You will also assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with various departments to gather financial data and provide support will be essential. Other responsibilities will include setting up processes and controls, helping maintain and improve financial systems and processes, preparing reports for management and external stakeholders, and assisting in audits and regulatory compliance efforts. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MS Excel and ERPs, possess good presentation and communication skills, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and have an eye for detecting irregularities. Prior experience in the textile industry would be preferred.,
