Assistant Manager - Finance

As an employee at IHCL, your role in the Finance department involves assisting in the preparation of accounts and MIS, as well as preparing budgets for corporate accounts in compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulations. Your responsibilities include: - Collating data from all departments for budget preparation. - Preparing MIS reports on a monthly/quarterly basis. - Providing various statements required by auditors, explaining control systems, and implementing recommendations. - Ensuring compliance with commercial laws, tax structures, and timely deposit of taxes/statutory dues. - Resolving queries from heads of departments and preparing invoices/reports for fees collection. - Following the compliance calendar and ensuring timely completion of all statutory tasks. Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant (CA), having a Masters in Commerce or Finance (M.Com./MBA), or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of work experience and proficiency in English. Key interfaces for this position include vendors, auditors, advisors, finance function, hotel finances, compliance, and internal audit.
