Assistant Manager Finance

As an Assistant Manager at Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), you will play a crucial role in the Finance function by ensuring accuracy of accounts, adherence to various Accounting Standards, and completion of audits without any adverse remarks. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed AOP and LRP plans, completing MIS reports with variance analysis, and driving process improvements to enhance the productivity of the Finance function. - Ensure accuracy of accounts and consistency in processes in line with GAVL process and chart of accounts - Complete statutory audit, interim audits without any adverse remarks, and ensure timely reporting - Prepare detailed AOP and LRP plans with variance analysis for all drivers - Ensure compliance with GST, Bonus, and Gratuity related provisioning norms - Drive automation and projects to improve the productivity of the Finance function - Review Internal control Questionnaire, identify gaps, and improve processes - 5 years of ICWA, 2 to 3 years of Qualified CA, or 5 years of CMA - Fluency in Hindi is preferable - Working knowledge in SAP, MS Office especially Excel spreadsheet - Hands-on knowledge of costing tools & methodology - Business Partnering experience Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL) is a food and agri conglomerate dedicated to improving the productivity of Indian farmers through innovative products and services that sustainably increase crop and livestock yields.
