Assistant Manager- Finance Automation

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager (Band 5.2) in the SLGS Finance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting VBA automations to facilitate the digital transformation journey of the organization. Your self-motivated and result-driven approach will drive operational efficiency improvements through automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based tools and dashboards using VBA. - Automate recurring finance processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Collaborate with Finance Stakeholders across FP&A, Billing & Taxation, and Controllership to customize automation solutions. - Engage in cross-functional collaboration to meet automation needs. - Provide support to global finance teams, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution. - Document and maintain version control for all automation solutions. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - Conduct training and knowledge transfer to team members as required.
