Assistant Manager - Facilities and Administration

As an Assistant Manager- Facilities and Administration at Pacific BPO in Noida, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a conducive work environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Interface with internal customers to resolve problems efficiently. - Update and maintain checklists and logs as per maintenance procedures. - Oversee housekeeping and outsourced personnel, including planning staff, managing inventory, ensuring uniform compliance, and maintaining discipline and quality of work. - Provide ground logistic support to leadership and manage employee transportation operations. - Follow up on periodic preventive maintenances like pest control and cleaning water tanks. - Update MIS of the administration team and maintain day-to-day data for effective management. - Address internal customer complaints promptly and maintain required staff strength as per contract agreements. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate or Post-Graduate in any domain. - 5-7 years of experience in Admin & Facility Management, preferably in administration function in a mid-large size BPO.
