Assistant Manager Facilities (AM Real Estate)

Job Description

(RESPONSIBILITIES) Acting as direct liaison between senior management and the contracted team(s) to help maintain manage the company s real estate properties Maintaining strong relationships with Landlords, Vendors Internal Teams Keeping a regular track and manage the assigned real estate on daily basis, Working with Facilities Business Leader and legal team to scrutinize update legal documents, Coordinating directly with in-house facilities and 3rd party property management professionals to ensure targeted solutions on property upkeep enhancements at the site Managing documenting knowledge and tools to best facilitate the company s need for optimal site management operations, Collaborating with Facilities Business Leader other teams to manage due diligence, budgets/forecasts revisions, and invoice payment management Remotely managing other sites for mandatory compliance audits and supporting of facilities Making internal presentations for senior facilities management for enabling several activities enabling decision making Owning Managing internal facilities processes and assigned work Keep a regular track on tasks support provided by the facilities team (REQUIREMENTS) Has worked in current profile for at least 1-2 years, or has experience Has knowledge on services of Facilities management and know how on technical side will be an advantage Flexible to work in shifts/ working days as per business need Knowledge of Excel, Emails, Computer Education as per Alight requirements We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
