Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Able to manage entire process in Fabrication (Fit up to Final PDI clearance)
Develop and implement PFD, PFMEA, Control plan and Procedures
Able to handle End to End quality requirements in NPD
Able to conduct Special process audit and validation for In house process
Monitor and analyse key fabrication related performance indicators of process operations and take corrective actions.
Reducing the line rejection and customer complaints related to Fabrication process
Ensure comprehensive documentation and reporting of all aspects
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Create and distribute monthly fabrication related quality reports
Experience on 8D Step (or) QC story of Problem solving
Knowledge on ISO 9001 : 2015 Requirements

Preferred candidate profile

8-10 Years of experience in fabrication quality department in any manufacturing industry
Problem solving techniques (QC Story, 8D)
PPAP
NDT Level II certification
SAP QM Knowledge
ISO 9001 : 2015 Requirements
MS-office Advance level
Need to be worked in Heavy Fabrication
industry (OR) Tier 01 supplier to automobile industry
