Company Name : Indiana Group (Indiana Gratings Private Limited) Job location : Jejuri - Pune Qualification & Experience: CA / ICWA with 12- 15+ Years of experience in manufacturing industry. IT Skills : Tally, MS Excel, Exposure to SAP/ERP would be an added advantage. Job description: Manage and supervise daily operation of accounts payable/receivable, business cash receipts, general ledger, Expense Accounting. Manage vendor payments, and bookkeeping and perform overall controllership role. Vouching and verification of every voucher submitted with a high level of accuracy. Ensuring appropriateness of Supporting Documents. Hand on experience in Product costing. Manage staff daily workload, coordinate, and review staff work. Prioritize and coordinate staff projects and workload. Preparation and filing of all statutory returns TDS/ VAT/ E. Duty/ Service Tax/ PF/ ESI etc. Ensure compliance to all Statutory Regulations. Prepare / Oversee bank reconciliation, Inter Company Reconciliation, Customer & Vendor Account reconciliation, capital assets accounting, month-end/ year end closing entries. Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports and analyses timely. Oversee internal control functions. Coordinate with all Functional teams to get financial information.
