Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage technical sales support for gear box and geared motors products, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and issues.
Provide export sales support by handling pre-sales activities such as quotations, product selection, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues related to gear boxes and geared motors.
Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Analyze customer RFQs, specifications, and tender documents from overseas clients.
Prepare technically accurate and commercially competitive quotations.
Liaise with internal teams (design, engineering, production) for feasibility and costing.
Communicate with international customers to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
Support contract review and ensure compliance with export terms and conditions (Incoterms, LC).
Track export orders and coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams.
Assist in preparation of technical documents like drawings, manuals, and inspection reports.
Maintain records and reports of inquiries, quotations, and order status using ERP systems.
Monitor and support timely delivery of export projects.
Stay updated with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
Provide post-sale technical support to overseas customers when needed.
