Assistant Manager - Equity Research (Exp into Financial Modelling)

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Equity Research (Financial Modelling)| Mumbai

This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for equity markets, strong analytical skills, and a flair for financial modeling and investment research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, execute, and deliver quality investment research to global clients.
• Build robust financial models and evaluate business drivers (revenue, costs, etc.).
• Conduct company valuations, stock analysis, and prepare insightful equity research reports.
• Write high-quality reports including company updates, result summaries, and sector studies.
• Communicate investment arguments clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Guide research/consulting assignments and manage small project teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, valuation methodologies, and equity research.
• Experience handling multiple projects or leading small teams (2–3 members).
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high motivation and attention to detail.
• Exposure to global macroeconomics and asset classes is a plus.
