Destination Hotels You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Qualifications Holder of an official trade certificate or diploma in engineering, with minimum of 2 years work experience as engineer in hotel or in a similar large building/complex with central plant. Assistant Manager - Engineering to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards. 2. Developing and maintaining engineering standards and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across projects. 3. Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project delivery on time and within budget. 4. Conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans for engineering projects. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to develop project plans, track progress, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or MATLAB. You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
