Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Follow the CM process in the development, documentation and releases
Design and develop Electrical Components for AC unit integration to OEM, Body builder and retail units.
Electric schematics for Relay panels
Harnesses
Power cables
Controllers
Specific Electric / electronic modules based on OEM / Scope requirements
Input to team for Electric parts to Scope of supply.
High voltage AC unit application study and process solutions for electric parts.
Selection HV unit components with integration with customer / OEM interaction
Maintain the matrix of
Relay panels
Blowers
Fans
Power cables
Harnesses
Quality support for part / alternative or other detailing of kit or other parts developed
Supplier support during part / tooling design and development of integration components.
Inputs to CFT for product support related to the developed parts
Service support for unit Interfacing with buses
Proto unit fitment and trial support.
Training to sales and service team for the electric component / application
Creation and modification of wiring diagrams and drawings (new applications and technical modifications according generic valid respectively Eberspaecher guidelines and standards
Dimensioning and design of unit wiring (cable harnesses)
Creation and modification of BOMs and part master data
Taking over tasks for cost reduction and quality assurance
Autonomous follow up of timelines/tasks, as well as coordination in projects with local and internal operating divisions
Definition, coordination and tracing of design supporting tasks with design center India
Hands on experience in crimping & E Plan
