Job Description

Role & responsibilities Architect and implement a Spoke-and-Wheel cloud network design to ensure optimal security, scalability, and performance. Deploy, configure, and manage firewalls in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for secure network segmentation and traffic flow. Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to support microservices, containerized applications, and CI/CD pipelines. Design and maintain highly available MongoDB clusters for data integrity, sharding, and replication. Manage Kafka clusters for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture. Automate streaming server backup processes to ensure seamless data recovery and high availability. Develop and automate network scripting solutions (Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible) for efficient cloud infrastructure management. Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost-efficiency, and security compliance. Implement disaster recovery and failover strategies to ensure business continuity. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based services, databases, and network connectivity issues. Document infrastructure standards, automation processes, and troubleshooting guidelines. Qualifications : Proven experience in Spoke-and-Wheel network design in the cloud with VPC, subnets, VPNs, and routing policies. Strong knowledge of cloud firewall setup and security best practices in AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration, scaling, and automation of containerized applications. Expertise in MongoDB cluster design, sharding, and replication for high availability. Experience managing Kafka clusters for real-time event streaming. Proficiency in cloud automation and scripting (Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible). Knowledge of backup automation and disaster recovery strategies for streaming servers and databases. Strong understanding of cloud networking, security policies, and compliance (IAM, ACLs, Load Balancers, etc.). Experience in performance tuning and cloud cost optimization . Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred candidate profile Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Architect. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
