Job Description

As an Assistant Manager or Manager in HR Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making by leveraging HR data and analytics to drive organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include: - **Data Management & Reporting** - Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources with a focus on accuracy and integrity. - Develop and deliver dashboards and reports for leadership, providing insights into key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance. - **HR Analytics** - Conduct trend analysis and predictive modeling to support workforce planning, talent management, and retention strategies. - Identify actionable insights from HR data to address organizational challenges and enhance performance. - **Strategic Decision Support** - Collaborate with HR business partners and functional heads to align analytics with business priorities. - Assist in developing data-driven strategies for recruitment, retention, DE&I, and employee engagement initiatives. - **Process Optimization** - Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements. - Work with process owners to implement automation and enhance operational excellence in HR functions. - **HR Metrics & KPIs** - Define, track, and benchmark key HR performance metrics against industry standards. - Ensure regular reporting of insights to senior management and provide recommendations for actions. - **Stakeholder Engagement** - Serve as a key liaison between HR, IT, and other business units for seamless integration of HR analytics solutions. - Train HR team members and stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing data insights effectively. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). - **Experience:** Minimum of 4-6 years in HR analytics or related field with stakeholder management experience. - **Skills:** - Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, or R). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including creating executive-level reports. - Proficient in MS Excel and data visualization tools. In addition to these qualifications, key competencies for this role include strategic thinking, attention to detail, project management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.,
