Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager

- Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving effective SEO strategies, managing email marketing campaigns, optimizing chatbot and WhatsApp activities, and improving the overall customer engagement process.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creative planning, and hands-on experience in leveraging digital tools to achieve the best results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in engineering or marketing, a deep understanding of SEO, and a passion for staying updated with the latest digital marketing tools and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Background: - SEO Certification and certifications in Digital Marketing Tools.

- MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).

- Engineering background with hands-on marketing experience (advantageous).

Experience:

- 4+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO, email campaigns, and chatbot/WhatsApp integration.

Technical Skills:

- Expertise in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

- Experience with chatbot tools and WhatsApp Business API.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Soft Skills:
