Job Description

KPMG India is looking for Assistant Manager - Digital Government Advisory to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Responsibilities:Provide strategic advice: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to government clients on digital government strategies, policies, and programs to drive digital transformation and improve service delivery
Project management: Manage and support the delivery of digital government advisory projects, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Policy analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of government policies and regulations related to digital transformation and advise clients on how to align their initiatives with the regulatory landscape
Stakeholder engagement: Engage with key stakeholders at various levels within government organizations to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored recommendations for digital government initiatives
Research and thought leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in digital government, and contribute to the development of thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and industry reports
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understanding their long-term goals, and identifying opportunities for value-added services and future projects
Team collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including consultants, analysts, and technical experts, to deliver integrated solutions and ensure the successful implementation of digital government projects
Training and knowledge sharing: Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the digital government capabilities of both internal teams and clients
