• Assist in formulation and periodic review of CIS governance and policy framework in line with standards, laws, and national guidelines.

• Support NIC Cyber & Information Security Governance Division in contract/tender activities for empanelment of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

  • Monitor adherence to contract terms, work orders, and timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

  • Review project compliance reports from MSPs.

  • Oversee documentation, resource management, and exit management.

  • Validate SLA performance, assess conformance, and verify payments after penalties.

  • Publish periodic project progress trackers.

• Assist in drafting and issuing advisories, procedures, and guidelines on cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.

• Handle administrative tasks including recording meeting minutes, collecting data, preparing documentation, and presentations for internal/external reviews.
