Assistant Manager – DESIGN COORDINATION

Job Description:
Design Coordination supports the design management team in coordination, drawing follow-ups, documentation, consultant communication, and assisting site teams with design-related clarifications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordination with architects, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, BIM and other consultants.

Track drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals as per schedule.

Follow up with consultants for pending drawings and RFIs.

Support brochure-related design coordination (3D, animation, brochure content).

Assist in checking for basic drawing consistency before escalating to seniors.

Visit site periodically with senior team members to understand design queries.

Maintain documentation, logs, communication trails, and adherence to SOP.

Prepare and update SOF (Schedule of Finishes) documentation under guidance.

Support submission of statutory drawings (printing, formatting, coordination).

Assist the preparation of MIS, trackers, and status reports.

Language Skills: English, Hindi & Bengali/Local Language

Experience: Upto 10 Years

Education: Diploma in Architect or Bachelors in Architect (Preferred )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
