Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager International Marketing

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in the International Marketing department, your main role will be to drive international business through local facilitators in the healthcare/Medical Tourism domain. Your responsibilities will include mapping Medical tourism companies and local facilitators, setting up meetings, and promoting/sourcing business for the organization. Preferably, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar profile within the International business sector. It is essential that you possess traits of a salesperson and are conceptually strong in your approach. Key Responsibilities: - Tap into the International Medical Tourism market to increase international patient inflow. - Obtain necessary approvals from concerned embassies and the Ministry of External Affairs. - Provide daily updates to families on the clinical progress of patients to strengthen emotional bonds. - Assist international patients with travel arrangements, accommodation, visa processing, and interpreter needs. In terms of communication, you are required to have strong written and spoken skills. Familiarity with digital and social media marketing is crucial. Additionally, you should possess good people management skills to interact effectively across various functions and levels. Designing high-quality presentations for senior management on different initiatives and campaigns will also be part of your role.
