 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieving targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers/agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases on a case-to-case basis.
  • Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Develop debt collection strategy.
  • Achieve targets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.
  • Risk management.
  • Team leadership.
  • Vendor management.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in achieving collections targets through customer and agency visits.
  • Ability to monitor performance and provide regular updates.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance in repossession processes.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver regular collection activity reports.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in handling escalations.
  • Experience in DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement collection strategies.
  • Case tracking and resolution management within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management expertise.
  • Strategic thinking in debt collection.
  • Target-driven approach.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in reporting and analysis.
