Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track cases individually.

Ensure resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.

Manage portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.

Achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct reporting and analysis for risk management.

Provide team leadership and manage vendors.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in achieving collection targets by engaging with customers and agencies.

Ability to monitor and report on performance against predefined parameters.

Knowledge of legal compliance for product repossession.

Experience in maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Competence in providing regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Capability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.

Experience in Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.

Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving collection rates.

Experience in case tracking and ensuring timely resolution per AOP.

Proficiency in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and risk management.

Track record of achieving targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and team leadership.

Experience in vendor management and coordination with internal and external clients.
