 Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels 
 Job Purpose 
Achieve targets in various assigned parameters. Oversee the Car Finance business while maintaining compliance. Handle partners and agencies.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with during product repossession.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Track cases individually.
  • Ensure resolution as per Annual Operating Plan (AOP) within agreed timelines.
  • Manage portfolio and implement debt collection strategies.
  • Achieve targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct reporting and analysis for risk management.
  • Provide team leadership and manage vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in achieving collection targets by engaging with customers and agencies.
  • Ability to monitor and report on performance against predefined parameters.
  • Knowledge of legal compliance for product repossession.
  • Experience in maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Competence in providing regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Capability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience in Daily Risk Report (DRR) management.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for improving collection rates.
  • Experience in case tracking and ensuring timely resolution per AOP.
  • Proficiency in portfolio management, debt collection strategy, and risk management.
  • Track record of achieving targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and team leadership.
  • Experience in vendor management and coordination with internal and external clients.
