Assistant Manager - Debt Management Services - The Wheels
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieving targets in various parameters assigned

Ensuring speedy legal action, obtaining quick summons, warrants, attachment warrants, and executions

Handling vendors (advocates)

Travelling to assigned locations to check and improve legal results

Empaneling advocates

Cost efficiency

Following processes and ensuring genuine MIS and reports are submitted on time

Ensuring proper checks, controls, and strict audit compliance

Supporting collections by providing rapid legal support to improve collections and rollback

Handling legal-related customer issue escalations

Handling police case issues

Locations to be handledTelangana & AP

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualification: Law Graduate
