Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze Salesforce data to find trends and insights.
Create dashboards and reports to track performance.
Work with IT, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience using data.
Find root causes of service issues and suggest improvements.
Use data mining and statistics to enhance processes and automation.
Ensure data accuracy through regular checks.
Train contact center staff on Salesforce tools and data usage.
Stay updated on Salesforce and data analysis trends.

Expirence Requirments:

Contact center experience as a Data Analyst is preferred.
7+ years in technology-related projects.

Skills:

Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI or Power Apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Experience in customer service and contact center tools.

Other:

Comfortable working in US Shift.
Excellent communication skills.
