Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories. Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure clear communication of business needs. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessment to improve business processes. Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Support Agile/Scrum teams by defining backlog items, managing sprint planning, and ensuring deliverables align with business goals. Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews. Provide insights for decision-making through market research and industry trends analysis.
