Job Description

Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsible for tracking process metrics, SLAs and driving improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT.
Engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, tailored communication; align priorities across business and technology teams.
Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Lead small teams and mentor junior analysts/project coordinators.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

What You Will Need :

Seven or more years of experience in people management role.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management; able to translate data into decisions for non technical audiences.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving techniques and communication skills.
A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.

What Would Be Nice To Have :

Knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing, and basic Statistics.
