Job Description

Role Overview: As the Order to Cash Cycle Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to maintain strong relationships with Quick Commerce (QC) customers to fulfill their supply needs in a cost-effective manner. You will be instrumental in setting up efficient order management processes, optimizing customer service actions, and leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Working in close collaboration with the planning, warehousing, and finance teams, your role will involve managing order management metrics and ensuring the seamless functioning of the O2C cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively ensure order processing in compliance with agreed delivery dates, product availability, and distribution center (DC) capacity for QC customers. - Manage arbitration based on predetermined rules with the business. - Identify out-of-stock items and initiate necessary actions such as substitutions, adjusting delivery dates, and communicating with customers and the sales team. - Define customer allocations for products with limited quantities, conduct scenario runs, and release information to DC for preparation. - Oversee channel/customer catalogue and stock norms for distributors. - Establish ordering frequency and minimum order quantity (MOQ) by customer. - Effectively address client requirements including deadlines, shortages, information requests, and disputes. - Record, analyze, and follow up on dispute situations in coordination with the sales, finance, and physical distribution teams. - Engage in project implementation with clients to optimize stock levels and enhance information sharing. - Monitor customer supply chain scorecards. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and compile reports on service and Turnaround Time (TAT) deviations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. - Proven experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in utilizing technology tools for order processing and customer management. - Prior experience in managing customer supply chain scorecards and conducting RCA analysis will be advantageous.
