Hiring: Assistant Manager Exports (South America & North America Markets)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive export sales & business growth in South & North American markets.
• Identify & onboard new distributors, importers, and partners.
• Manage end-to-end export documentation & compliance (FDA, USDA, INVIMA, etc.).
• Coordinate with logistics for timely shipments.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis & pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with QA, R&D & regulatory teams to adapt products for local markets.
• Represent company in international trade fairs & exhibitions.

Requirements:

• 36 years experience in Exports/International Sales (Americas focus preferred in FMCG/Food industry).
• MBA/PGDM in International Business/Marketing/Foreign Trade.
• Strong knowledge of export processes, documentation & compliance.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish/Portuguese is a plus.
• Hands-on with SAP, MS Office & export documentation tools.
• Willingness to travel & work across time zones.
