Assistant Manager Corporate Compliance

As an Assistant Manager Corporate Compliance, your role involves managing end-to-end corporate secretarial activities for a diverse portfolio of clients. This includes Listed Companies, Institutionally Funded Entities, Foreign Subsidiaries, Family-Owned Businesses, and NBFCs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate compliance with various regulations such as the Companies Act, Secretarial Standards, FEMA Regulations, NBFC Regulations, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations. You will be expected to provide strategic guidance to junior team members and improve internal compliance systems to enhance service delivery. Additionally, you will be responsible for liaising with regulatory authorities, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, reporting, and presentations is essential.
