Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal communication initiatives to engage and inform employees.
Create and disseminate daily industry news mailers and internal updates.
Develop and publish internal newsletters highlighting initiatives, achievements, and stories.
Draft, review, and release press releases on business milestones, CSR, and achievements.
Coordinate media interactions, interviews, and site visits to enhance brand visibility.
Manage and regularly update the corporate website and media section with relevant content.
Develop content for blogs, articles, speeches, videos, and digital platforms.
Plan and coordinate internal events, campaigns, and video projects with internal teams and vendors.
Liaise with business units, leadership, and external agencies to gather inputs and execute communication plans.
Maintain a structured MarCom repository to archive communication and branding assets.

Preferred candidate profile:

Postgraduate qualification in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or Marketing.
3 to 6 years of experience in corporate communication, PR, or marketing communications.
Strong expertise in content creation across internal, external, and digital platforms.
Hands-on exposure to media relations, website management, and digital communication.
Proven ability in stakeholder coordination, managing multiple projects, and meeting tight deadlines.
