Assistant Manager - Core Banking Implementation

As a professional working at KPMG in India, you will be a part of a dynamic team that provides professional services to national and international clients across various sectors. Your role will involve leveraging the global network of firms while being well-versed in local laws, regulations, markets, and competition. Key Responsibilities: - Design customizations for Oracle FLEXCUBE / core banking products - Code and conduct unit testing - Execute test cycles including End of Days - Handle migrations and integrations - Manage release activities - Track issues related to Oracle FLEXCUBE / core banking products Qualifications Required: - Good experience in end-to-end development, implementation, and support activities - Experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Banking product customization and unit deployments in Oracle Weblogic Server/Oracle DB - Analytical skills to debug defects in FLEXCUBE base product and customizations - Hands-on experience in Oracle Open Development Tool - Knowledge of core banking functionalities and ability to develop/customize Oracle Banking products - Proficiency in software programming languages like Core Java, J2EE, Microservices, JavaScript, XML - Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (19c or 12c) would be a plus - Strong communication and documentation skills in English Additional Details: You should be willing to work offshore and travel to client locations, including working in shifts based on project needs. Additionally, you should be open to obtaining FLEXCUBE and other technical certifications as required. Your ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment as a team lead or player will be crucial. Please note that any post-graduation qualification would be an added advantage.,
