Job Description

Role & responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on conveyor systems and related equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to motors, drives, pulleys, belts, sensors, and other conveyor components. Replace or repair defective parts, such as belts, gears, or electrical components. Conduct system adjustments and calibrations to ensure optimal conveyor performance. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to safety protocols. Work closely with the operations and production teams to resolve conveyor system issues quickly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory. Collaborate with other maintenance technicians to perform more complex repairs or system overhauls. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs outside of regular working hours.
