Roles & Responsibilities: • Achieve the sales target for each product category month on month • Ensure the collections from retailers happen timely and keep updating the credit worthiness of the retailer basis an objective framework • Map the consumption patterns of various new categories for each retailer and provide intelligence on terms of trade with various brands or categories as and when needed Who can apply: • Candidates with background in building material sales in retail channel, preferably from the same geography as the position • MBA with min 3 year sales experience • Local language skills are a must • Comfortable with MS Excel, MS Power Point, able to update data in CRM diligently • Willing to be in the market almost every day of the month
