Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager -C&P for our esteemed client in the real estate business.

Position : ASSISTANT MANAGER, CONTRACTS & PROCUREMENT (C&P)

Requirement: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Supply chain and Procurement management

Services will be an added advantage

Able to work independently and under tight deadlines

A self-driven team player with good planning, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

Willing to travel

Competencies : Analytical Skills, Good communication &

Presentation skills, Teamwork, self-starter & go

getter. Good Disposition, customer focused

and knowledge of MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist PAN C&P ops to promulgate develop policies, Standards, SOPs & best practices for Contracts and procurement
  • Assist to develop and retain domain expertise in Contracts & procurement management
  • Facilitate and assist PAN C&P and City C&P procurement and contract management
  • Coordinate for City Contracts and Procurement audit of process, policy and quality compliance
  • Drive C&P for pre and post contracts and procurement administration from RFP/RFQ till final account.
  • Drive to monitor and track Vendor /Contractor performance for Operations.
  • Collaborate with liaise with Central C&P /HQ on corporate standards, requirements and processes.
  • Develop strong Vendor/Contractor base.
  • Implement Schedule of Rates (SORs) for recurring purchases.
  • Support procurement activities for

HR, Admin,

Communications,

IT,

Marketing & CS and

Property Management,

Project functions

  • Develop cost library

Independently handle Insurance portfolio, MIS reporting, etc.,
