Assistant Manager Client Servicing

As an Event Manager, your role involves developing and nurturing favorable business relationships with clients. You will work closely with clients to create event marketing and communication plans that align with their objectives and budget. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding client briefs and developing event strategies in line with client goals - Conducting research, leading ideation sessions, and delivering pitch presentations - Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process - Managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, and AV production - Creating detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of event materials - Overseeing onsite event execution, including managing event staff and addressing any issues that may arise - Conducting post-event evaluations and debriefs with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Handling multiple client events simultaneously and proactively resolving any potential issues or conflicts Qualifications required for this role include: - Post Graduation / Bachelor's degree in Event Management - 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or event planning - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point Presentation - Knowledge of event planning software is a plus Join our team and contribute to creating memorable and successful events for our clients!,
